Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 25% Charge if cancelled 10 days in advance.
- 50% Charge if cancelled 5 days in advance.
- 50% Charge if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
- 100% charge if cancelled one-day prior Check-in OR Cancelled on the same day.
No-Shows or Early Checkout: No refund. If paid through the payment gateway, transaction charges would be applicable in case of Refund.
Mode of Refund:
All the payments made online will be processed through Payment Gateway and this will reflect in Card Holder’s a/c within 2-14 working days.
